Employee Voice
Staff Wellbeing Survey
Each year we conduct our staff wellbeing survey; a survey which gives staff a powerful voice and platform, that helps us to shape our staff wellbeing strategy and focus areas for staff wellbeing.
Through the feedback our staff team share with us, it helps us to understand what's important to our team, and help us to identify our strengths and future opportunities for improvements we can make for staff wellbeing.
Our Staff Wellbeing Survey is completely anonymous, confidential and surveys staff across 7 different areas of wellbeing, from asking staff about their workload, communication with line managers and SLT, to how safe they feel working in our School.
From our most recent survey, our staff shared with us that:
“SLT have provided staff the opportunity to increase their work-life balance until the end of this academic year by allowing staff to leave work at 3.30 instead of 4.15 I have found this extremely valuable when dealing with elderly parents. Thank you."
"School is a good, happy environment to work in."
"SLT have been very considerate with half 3 finishes and checking on wellbeing and care staff have been great."
"The support and understanding i received from school during the COVID-19 crisis will never be forgotten."
"Brilliant organisation to work for that is supportive of people who work hard and SLT are supportive and inclusive as are management."
Staff Feedback & Suggestion Box
We welcome staff feedback and suggestions as to how we could improve our school community for the benefit of everyone.
Located in our resting staff room, you will find our Staff Feedback & Suggestion Box.
Staff are invited to fill out a suggestion form and post it in the box. All suggestions are welcomed and reviewed by the Senior Leadership Team, with a view to moving forward with all staff suggestions and feedback that are workable and would benefit the school community.
